At Liberty Heights Church, we believe the gospel shapes not only what we believe, but how we live. Because we have been welcomed into the family of God through Jesus, we want to be a church that cares deeply for vulnerable children and supports families who feel called to open their homes through adoption.
Adoption is doing for a child what God has done for us according to Romans 8, Ephesians 1 and Galatians 4. It is modeling what the gospel accomplishes. Our desire is to remove some of the financial burden from demonstrating the gospel through adoption.
Through adoption scholarships, LHC has the privilege of coming alongside families in a tangible way, helping remove financial barriers as they pursue adoption. It is one more way we use what God has entrusted to us to care for the most vulnerable and make the hope of the gospel visible.
